Will my balloons be filled with helium?

All our balloon come inflated with helium, attached to ribbons and weight.

 

How long will my balloons float for?

Float times can vary depending on the conditions the balloons are kept. We advise balloons to be kept at room temperature, not kept in a car or garage overnight and out of direct sunlight.  When kept in the correct conditions our balloons will float for 3-5 days.

 

Can I select a Delivery/Collection date and time?

Local Deliveries - Yes, at checkout you can select your date of delivery, however we cannot guarantee time slots for this.

Shop Collections – Yes, at checkout select a date and a 2-hour time slot for your collection.

Delivery slots get booked up, especially on Saturdays so book early to avoid disappointment.

We are unable to offer delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

 

We are working on a time booking option at checkout to make the process easier but for now you can place the order and we will be in touch to arrange collection or delivery. 

 

Local Delivery Prices

  • Local delivery within 3 miles £3 with a minimum order value of £20
  • Delivery within 5 miles £5 with a minimum order value of £20
  • Delivery within 12 miles £10 with a minimum order value of £20

Our postcode is OX16 5LS this can be used to check radius for delivery options.

 

 

Will my order look exactly like the image on the website?

Some minor adjustments maybe made to your balloon design (slight colour shade change) but we will call you if any substantial change is required.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please give us 24 hours’ notice if your need to cancel or make changes to your order.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes please email jane@sweetcelebrations.co.uk or call 01295 269472 to amend your delivery details.

 

Can I add a message gift tag to my order?

Please email jane@sweetcelebrations.co.uk if you would like me to add a message gift tag to your order, giving details of message.

 

Can I return my balloons?

We are unable to return inflated and custom-made orders. Due to their nature, they are personalised and created for each individual customer and as a result, cannot be reused or resold.

 

Do you post balloons?

Sorry not yet! We only offer collection from our Banbury shop or local delivery within a 15-mile radius.
